Pour conclure une fin de semaine exceptionnelle pour notre équipe, deux de nos athlètes élites de demi-fond et de fond ont repoussé leurs limites et remporté la victoire au Demi-Marathon Mont-Tremblant ! 🏆

🥇 François Jarry continue de placer la barre toujours plus haute en remportant le demi-marathon avec un temps impressionnant de 1:11:38. Il s'agit de sa 4e victoire à cet événement, ajoutant un nouveau trophée à un palmarès déjà remarquable!

🥇 Valentine Jolly continue de briller et de prouver que le travail acharné et la détermination portent leurs fruits. Dans une course de 10 km, très serrée à la fin, Valentine a gardé le cap, a puisée dans ses réserves jusqu’à la ligne d’arrivée et a remportée la victoire en 40:41! 💪

Félicitations à nos deux athlètes! Votre dévouement et votre persévérance inspirent nos jeunes athlètes et leur montrent qu’il est possible de rêver grand et de poursuivre ses objectifs à tous les niveaux.

Merci beaucoup à notre entraîneur, John Lofranco, pour son leadership et son dévouement. Ton impact sur nos athlètes et notre équipe est inestimable.

To close out an amazing weekend for our team, two of our Middle Distance & Distance Elite athletes pushed their limits and came away victorious at the Demi-Marathon Mont-Tremblant! 🏆

🥇 François Jarry continues to set the bar, taking the win in the half marathon with an impressive time of 1:11:38. This marks his 4th victory at the event, adding another trophy to an already impressive résumé!

🥇 Valentine Jolly continues to shine and prove that hard work and determination pay off. In a tight 10K race, Valentine stayed the course, pushed through to the finish, and claimed the victory in 40:41! 💪

Congratulations to both of our athletes! Your dedication, perseverance, and commitment are inspiring our younger athletes and showing them that dreaming big and chasing your goals is possible at every level.

A huge thank you to our coach, John Lofranco, for your leadership and dedication. Your impact on our athletes and our team is invaluable.

Our five athletes have landed safely in Regina, Saskatchewan, for the 48th Annual Legion Nationals Youth Track and Field Championships! 🇨🇦

Months of hard work and dedication have led to this exciting weekend.

For some of our athletes, this is an opportunity to see how their hard work has translated into improved performances since last year. For others, it's their first chance to compete against some of the country's top young athletes and discover what they're capable of.

Our athletes had an amazing weekend displaying their hard work. Some discovered a love of a new event, some had personal bests and all of them gave it their all.

Special shoutout to our Cadet athletes for winning 3rd place! We are so very proud of each and every one of you.
