✨ Bone Broth Hot Chocolate Recipe ✨

1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1 scoop chocolate protein

After dealing with her own injuries, she discovered how powerful proper movement can be, and it became her mission to help others feel strong, capable, and pain-free at every stage of life.

This exercise strengthens the quadriceps, glutes, and core while improving knee stability and overall lower-body endurance. It helps build the foundation needed for squats, lunges, and athletic movements — just some of the movements we review during our 4-month transformational program.

We love placing wall sits at the end of your lower-body workout as a finisher or between sets to challenge your stability under fatigue!
