Quarantine has been hard for everyone but it's been great to see the basketball community come together to get better! .ca & got together and put in some amazing IG live workouts. I hope everyone continues to stay safe and stay in shape because Winter will still be asking what you did all summer!

Let me start by saying how excited we are for this!!!! For the last few years we’ve been playing with this idea of an all girls camp. We basically just want to foster an environment for young queens to continue to develop, through drills, accountability education and most importantly have a space to just go at each other constantly. (Iron Sharpens Iron) This our way of continuing the “mamba mentality” built just for young ladies striving for greatness.
