🎉 Our 26-27 Season Kick off BBQ for competitive athletes and their families🍔 is happening on today at 11:30am at R.K. McMillan Park (Lakefront Promenade Park Area in Port Credit, ON).

One parent and their swimmer(s) are required to attend. You’ll get a chance to meet your teammates and coaches and find out what’s in store for you this season!

🍂Our Fall AquaGO! Recreational Program is open for registration!! Spaces are limited and we have an early-bird rate in effect until Sept. 12th. Secure your swimmer’s place early before the program fills up. 🍂

Our AquaGO! program offers an introduction of fundamental artistic swimming (synchronized) skills 🏊‍♀️ for swimmers 6 and older. No artistic swimming experience is necessary - just a love of swimming, ability to complete the required swim test and ready to learn new skills in a playful, engaging environment! 🏊🏼‍♀️

It’s the perfect blend of fitness, creativity, and confidence-building in a supportive, non-competitive space. Discover your swimmer’s newest passion and come make waves with us 🌊

👯‍♀️ Led by trained instructors, 1-hour weekly sessions, 💫 Your swimmer will: 
💦 Develop swimming techniques while learning artistic swimming
✨ Learn artistic swimming basics (sculling, floats, body positions) 🤸‍♀️ Gain agility and flexibility skills 👉🏼 Build strength in mind, body and confidence
🤝 Enjoy teamwork & fun!

🗓️ Starts: Sunday, Sept. 27th 2026

🗓️ Ends: Sunday, Dec. 13th 2026 ** (AquaGO! swimmers will take part in our Winter Watershow with our club athletes – more details to come closer to the date.). No class Thanksgiving Weekend. 
⏰ Ages 6 - 9 from 4:30-5:30pm 
⏰ Ages 10+ from 5:30-6:30pm

AquaGO! Is Canada Artistic Swimming Association’s nationally recognized “learn to artistic swim” program - designed with the goal of helping young swimmers gain confidence, coordination and creativity in and out of the water! 💦 AquaGO! Is the perfect place to start or for athletes who have also enjoyed activities like dance, cheerleading, gymnastics and more!

Team Ontario’s 12U Performance Team took gold 🥇 at the Canada Cup 🇨🇦 and our 12U Development Team took bronze 🥉!

We’re seeking dedicated and passionate part-time Associate Coaches to join our our coaching team for the 26-27 Season to help shape young athletes’ journeys in a dynamic, supportive environment.

MASA is a premier club offering a full spectrum of programming—from our grassroots AquaGo! and Regional programs to our high-performance Provincial, National streams. Our mission is to foster an inclusive, high-energy environment where every swimmer can reach their full potential both in and out of the pool.

Good afternoon MASA families,

Please be advised that due to poor air quality and a very high (10+) Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) rating in Mississauga, the City of Mississauga has cancelled outdoor activities for today (Thursday, July 16), including pools.

As such, all practices and classes have been cancelled for the evening.

Based on this rating, residents are advised to avoid strenuous outdoor activities. Children, older adults, and individuals experiencing symptoms such as coughing or throat irritation should take extra precautions and limit outdoor physical exertion.

Stay safe and have a great day!

Looking for a fun, fitness-focused activity your child will love? Our AquaGo! Summer program is the perfect introduction to artistic (synchronized) swimming for children and youth aged 6+ who are comfortable in the water, can complete the required swim test and ready to learn new skills in a playful, engaging environment! 🏊🏼‍♀️
