When we constantly seek validation from people, we’ll always be chasing something that was never meant to sustain us. But when our intention is to please Allah, our work, our leadership, our relationships, and our worship all take on a different meaning.

When the gyms shut down in 2020, nobody knew when they’d reopen. So I started going live on Instagram every single day at the same time, 20 minutes, live workouts, whoever showed up, showed up.

That daily habit turned into something I didn’t expect. Women kept coming back and asking for more structure. That’s why I built a home for it: a global community that trains together Monday to Friday, mornings or evenings, and checks in on our minds, bodies, and emotions, not just our workouts.

Six years later, that community is still running every single day. Same time and same commitment, with sisters showing up for themselves to become their best versions.

It started as a workout. It became the best 20 minutes of hundreds of women’s day.

Every morning and evening, Monday to Friday, our community checks in, not just on reps, but on how we’re feeling, where our mind is at, what we need.

That daily ritual is why women stay consistent for years, not weeks.

We work with our breaths in The Daily FitFam as I guide my clients through each workout, helping them tap into awareness of the muscles being worked on.

This helps with the mind-body connection and brings us into the present moment in a life that often feels rushed, and stressed.

Each workout starts and ends with a check in with our bodies, minds, and hearts as we release emotions, relax out minds, and strengthen our bodies.
It’s no wonder it’s the ladies’ favourite part of the day (and mine too!).

Our “why” was never just aesthetics.
When I started The Daily FitFam, I wanted women training for something that lasts longer than a season: mobility that carries you through motherhood, strength that lets you make sujood with ease decades from now, a mind that stays steady when life doesn’t.
6 years into (twice) daily 20-30 minute sessions have taught me this: consistency changes your body, but it’s the mindset work, the check-ins, and the accountability that change your life.

The women inside The Daily FitFam build a lifestyle that’s not about diet culture, or extremes. We know that life happens, and we don’t chase perfection.

Just small, consistent actions, like showing up everyday at the same time for movement, make the difference. That is what this community is about.

✨Forever in search of light, amongst darkness✨

For 10 years straight, I’ve deleted Instagram for the month of Ramadan.

Does it impact my social media success?
Does it affect my businesses?
Does it lower my engagement & follower count?

Yes, of course, but your Rizq (provision) is not affected negatively when you turn to Al-Razzaque (The Provider) with full attention and minimal distractions.
In fact, He blesses you in ways you can’t even imagine.

It’s not that I don’t love this space.
But clarity does not live in noise.

And every year, I choose depth over distraction.
Silence over scrolling.
Presence over performance.

Ramadan is my reset.
A return to discipline.
A return to softness.
A return to Allah.

This month is for introspection. Refinement. Forgiveness. Transformation✨
It’s where the real work happens. The unseen work.

✨Unmasked Masquerade: 4th Annual Wellness Gala✨

On January 23, 2026, we hosted an evening of elegance, grace, femininity - a safe space for women to gather and celebrate themselves. Although the temperatures outside were frigid and cold, inside we were engaged in heartfelt conversations, laughter, connection and fun movement! The energy in the hall was truly something special.
