The OHF Screening Portal is officially open for the 2026-2027 season.

Mandatory for:
🏒 Coaches
📋 Bench Staff
🎯 Third-Party Instructors
🦓 On-Ice Officials
👥 Anyone working with minors

Complete your Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or Declaration as soon as possible to ensure eligibility for the upcoming season.

Reminder: individuals without approved screening will not be permitted on the bench or within participant environments.

Reminder: OPP Police Record Checks Are Completed Online

Planning to volunteer or need a police record check. OPP police record checks must be applied for online at: opp.ca/recordchecks

This includes checks for employment, volunteering (including school trips), and student placements.

Before applying:
• Make sure you live in an OPP policed community
• Confirm which type of record check your organization requires
• Have your agency letter and payment method ready
(Volunteer checks are free)

Record checks cannot be completed in person at the detachment. ^kb

Tu prévois de faire du bénévolat ou tu as besoin d'une vérification policière ? Les vérifications policières de l'OPP doivent être demandées en ligne à l'adresse suivante : opp.ca/recordchecks

Cela concerne les vérifications pour l'emploi, le bénévolat (y compris les sorties scolaires) et les stages étudiants.

Avant de faire ta demande :
• Assure-toi de résider dans une communauté desservie par l’OPP
• Vérifie quel type de vérification policière ton organisation exige
• Prépare la lettre de ton organisme et ton moyen de paiement
(Les vérifications pour le bénévolat sont gratuites)

Remarque : les vérifications policières ne peuvent pas être effectuées en personne au poste de police. ^kb
