⛳ **🎶 School's Out for Summer! 🎶**
Looking for a fun and meaningful activity for your junior this summer?
At Pipestone Links, our Junior Golf Camp is about much more than just learning how to hit a golf ball.
One of the things that makes our camp unique is that it's **run by local teenagers under the guidance and supervision of experienced Pipestone Links staff**. With youth employment becoming increasingly difficult to find, we wanted to create an opportunity where young people can gain valuable real-world experience while making a positive impact on younger children.
Our youth leaders gain valuable life skills including leadership, communication, responsibility, teamwork, patience, planning activities, and working with different personalities—skills that will benefit them well beyond the golf course.
At the same time, juniors ages **6–12** are introduced to the game of golf in a fun and encouraging environment. They'll learn:
⛳ Golf etiquette and sportsmanship
🚩 What the different flag colours mean
🌱 How to repair divots and ball marks
🏌️ Proper grip, stance, and swing fundamentals
🎯 Putting and chipping through fun games and challenges
Our goal isn't just to teach golf. It's to build confidence, encourage respect, develop life skills, and create a lifelong enjoyment of the game.
