Back to school - new schedule!

September is right around the corner and so is back to school!

Our fall schedule is LIVE on our website with some new classes and changes!

All Ages Kickboxing & BJJ
A great opportunity for families to train together and make martial arts part of the weekly routine.

Tuesday MMA
Bringing striking, wrestling and grappling together.

Advanced No-Gi BJJ
Immediately following MMA on Tuesdays.

Plus our regular Youth & Adult BJJ and Kickboxing throughout the week!

Whether you're brand new, currently training, or you've been away for a while and have been thinking about coming back, September is a great time to get on the mats.

A sneak peak into what our new MMA class will look like! Just like all of our classes, you can expect to get experience doing the thing - in a safe environment - right away.
This class is based on skills that are more specific to MMA, and is not a replacement for our Kickboxing or BJJ classes. If you want to learn striking or grappling specifically, hit up Kickboxing and BJJ and bring those skills to the MMA class!
