I love my parents. They really did love me and want the absolute best for me & my siblings.

I chose to parent my children partly the same... but, in some ways very differentlyfrom the societal norms.

Even if others choose to judge me....

I am a heart-led person who has chosen to 'allow' feelings that in myself& others that we are typically taught to 'repress' or label as wrong or inappropriate for a situation.

The feelings come out. Whether this is during our teenage years or at our spouse, or with therapy and healing... ❤️‍🩹

Sarah Denise the Tenderizer was born of my desire to change the world in a different way.

After what felt like single handedly breaking tooo many cycles of abuse the hard way....

I am now working on preventing and healing cycles of abuse for the next generations.
Every day I am healing in new ways and learning new healing tools for myself & my clients.
