I am an EFT Tapping, meditation, and a Certified Law of Attraction Coach. I am also a writer, a belly dancer, a massage practitioner and a Passion Party Consultant. I have always been interested in personal growth and been very open minded about it. I always believed that happiness was an inside job, but I never understood how to cultivate it. Stuck on my career choices, stuck in my relationships, and definitely stuck in my finances. Until about a year ago, when I hit bottom and realized I had two choices; give up, or change how I was doing things. I choose to make changes, starting with myself. I choose to treat ‘cultivating happiness’ AS my job. I started to develop a serious meditation practice and was eventually led to EFT Tapping. I have had so much success with both meditation and tapping that people started asking me what I was doing, because I just ‘seemed different.’ Now my job is to share these tools (as well as a few other tools) with others, so they can learn how to cultivate happiness too! Times are changing and the times when life was only about survival no longer exist. It’s time to let go of the past, and live our dream lives, whatever that is, and in doing so help and inspire others to do the same.
