On behalf of the Mackenzie Gentleman’s Hockey Tournament, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making our hockey tournament such a tremendous success. Thanks to your generosity and support, we were able to raise $4,000 in support of the Tumbler Ridge Parent Advisory Council’s Tumbler Ridge Strong GoFundMe. This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible efforts and contributions from so many people.
We would especially like to thank Tune Council, who, on top of putting on an incredible show, donated their performance fees; Mackenzie Mayor and Town Council for generously waiving a portion of the rental fees for the concert venue; as well as the Howlers and the Moose teams for donating their winnings. Your support truly made a difference.
To everyone who donated cash, volunteered their time, participated, or cheered from the sidelines—thank you. Your involvement and community spirit are what made this event so special.
We are proud of what we accomplished together and look forward to continuing this tradition in the future.

We will be doing a 50/50 draw February 27th to help support the victims of Tumbler Ridge. So come on out and enjoy the beer gardens and watch some hockey and help support a good cause. Plus there will be a donation jar at the dance on Saturday night going to the same cause. See you there. 🍻🥅🏒

To the community of Tumbler Ridge,
We are writing to express our deepest condolences following the tragic shooting in your community. Our heart goes out to the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this heartbreaking event.
Tumbler Ridge is a close-knit town, and moments like this are felt by everyone. Please know that many are thinking of you, grieving with you, and standing beside you in support. We hope that strength can be found in one another during this incredibly difficult time.

Come out and watch some hockey, enjoy a cold beverage or two, and buy some 50/50 tickets. There will also be a raffle table set up. Then on Saturday night, it's time to break out your dancing shoes as Tune Council hits the stage for the first time in years. This will be a weekend you don't want to miss.
