Curious about our 6-week Stroller MVMNT program starting August 20th? These free trial classes are the perfect way to try it out, no strings attached!

This program is all about helping you build strength postpartum while getting outside, moving your body, and connecting with other moms in a supportive, welcoming environment, and yes, your little one comes along for the ride!

We totally get that getting out with baby can feel like a lot. Will they fuss? Need to feed? Need a change? We get it, and we’ve built this program with that in mind. Take breaks when you need to, move at your own pace, and know that you’re fully supported.
