Dad's Camp at Woodeden

Dad's Camp at Woodeden Dad's Camp at Woodeden is a yearly get together of Dad's of special needs kids. It is an opportunity to hang out with other Dad's and relax & have fun.

We get together every year for a weekend in September at Woodeden Easterseals camp near London, On. We share experiences, have some fun and get a break from the stresses of home. Some come to golf with the guys while others take the weekend to catch up on some reading. Either way we share a common bond of being a father with a child who has special needs. We come from all backgrounds and cultures and we would welcome any new dad to come out next year and enjoy our fellowship.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dakotah Van Veen (Niagara Falls, Ontario), who passed away on November 6, 2020, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends.
Kevin, Dakotah's father is one of our original dads at Dads Camp. Our deepest sympathies go out to the Van Veen Family.

Another great Dads Camp! Glad to welcome so many new dads. Besides having a great time the dads built 3 handicap accessable picnic tables and cleaned up the gardens so they are ready for next year. Great weekend.
