Most running injuries don’t come from running itself — they come from mechanical inefficiencies that slowly wear the body down over time.
Poor posture, weak rotational mechanics, unstable hips, limited thoracic rotation, and inefficient gait patterns in general can all create unnecessary stress on the knees, hips, back, and feet.
The movement training I offer is based on Functional Patterns principles, focusing on restoring more efficient human movement mechanics so the body can absorb and transfer force better while running and moving through life.
The goal isn’t just to run more.
It’s to move better so your body breaks down less.
Excited to bring this style of coaching, assessments, workshops, and education into the community very soon.
