Scores are due at the end of today (Pacific Time)!
Make sure to submit all your scores with video links via your Competition Corner account!

The leaderboard will be visible after the submission is closed. Please allow us a couple of weeks to review all videos.

The leaderboard will be finalized by June 30th. The qualifying athletes will be invited to the Online National Championship by email.

“This tests contains a variety of tasks and challenges. It may include bodyweight, strength, and endurance type movements all mixed together. It tests the athlete’s ability to transition between movements, perform movement variations, control pacing, and handle load variations.”

“It was such an incredible experience! Last year was my second year (my first year was in 2022 in Aruba), and both years exceeded my expectations.
To do it last year at home was absolutely one of the proudest moments of my life!!
The group of women in my category are inspiring and so supportive of everyone! Incredible athletes and people that I am grateful to compete alongside of!!

I really like the format of functional fitness tests because you know what to expect. The tests are specific to each aspect of functional fitness, meaning you have an idea of what will and will not be included per test. It gives you a focus for preparation and shines a bright light on strengths and weaknesses. It also gives a variety of athletes the opportunity to excel!

Representing Canada on a world stage is not something a lot of people get to do. This is your opportunity to do just that!”

“My name is Dillan Simard. I competed at the IF3 World Championship 2023 representing Canada in the Masters category 40-44.

It all started with a group of us at my box getting together one weekend to do these fun qualifying workouts. I didn’t think much of it until I got the email that said I qualified for my very first competition, but not my last.

I loved the different categories representing all around fitness. It was a very challenging and rewarding experience. I made a lot of friends and learned so much.

I challenge anyone of any age or level to at least try the qualifying workouts. You could be just like me, no expectations at all and you could end up representing Canada in front of the world!”

5-4-3-2-1 Seated Rope Climb (4.5 m)
25-20-15-10-5 Ring Dips
100-80-60-40-20 Air Squats
Time Cap: 15 minutes

Age Groups 50-54 and 55-59 will do Regular Rope Climbs and 15-10-10-5-5 ring dips for the males and 10-10-5-5-5 ring dips for the females
Age Groups 60-64 and 65+ will do 3-3-2-2-1 Regular Rope Climbs and 25-20-15-10-5 Hand Release Push-ups instead of Ring Dips
