We had a great week at Trillium Curling Camp. It was awesome to be back on the ice with our friends from across Canada. Thanks to our amazing coaches Jamie, Emma, Mya, Brian, Margo and Kara. Thanks to the Trillium Team, the KW Granite Club and all who worked to make this week happen. We had a great time.

Brooke took home the Sunshine Award and Gavyn's Black Group won the Great Shootout.

We will continue to train off-ice and start to add on ice training over the next few weeks. Our first event is in September. We can't wait!

The summer has been flying by, and we’ve been loving every minute of it! We continued to work, hang out with friends and family and focus on off-ice training. In the last few weeks, we also took some time for family vacations. Gavyn went on a Baltic Sea cruise and Brooke stayed in Ontario and went to her Uncle Warren’s cottage in Huntsville.

Before heading off on her vacation, Brooke fur-sat Gavyn’s fur-siblings, Louie and Brooke. Yes, Gavyn has a six year old fur-sister named Brooke! The naming rights go to his little brother, Clark.

Even though there are still a few weeks of summer left, we will be back on the ice this Sunday for Trillium Curling Camp at the KW Granite Club. We’re excited to see our curling friends, learn some new things, and get back out there doing what we love!
