Taking a break for the summer? We have great news!

This summer we are introducing pre-booked drop-in classes. You can now book individual classes throughout July and August, giving your athlete the opportunity to stay active, build confidence, and continue developing their skills.

Whether you’re away for part of the summer, managing a busy schedule or just looking for some extra gym time, drop in classes offer a flexible way to keep your athlete moving, learning, and having fun!

How to book:
Drop-in classes must be pre-registered and are subject to availability. Simply contact our office, and we’ll help you find a class that matches your athlete’s level.
