We are an exercise & performance program that is run through Extreme Cheer Sensation in Lethbridge, Alberta. The program instructs adults and children, ages 8 & up, in the art of aerial acrobatics. We incorporate skills and techniques found in gymnastics, dance, and acrobatic yoga to give students an opportunity to explore the world of circus in a fun and safe environment. Cirque Sensation offer i

nstruction in the following aerial apparatuses: Lyra, Static Trapeze, Dance Trapeze, Straps, Silks, Hammock, & Rope. We also offer instruction in partner-based acrobatics, hand balancing, and stretching & flexibility. In addition to teaching, the Cirque Sensation program offers students of the program opportunities to perform as members of the Cirque Sensation Aerial Arts Troupe. Due to overwhelming interest from younger athletes and families, we’ve opened another Intro to Aerial Silks class on Friday afternoons! *Starting February 13th

📆 February–April Session

This beginner-friendly class introduces young athletes to hammock and split silks, exploring climbs, swings, and poses in a fun, supportive environment. Classes focus on safe, age-appropriate progressions that build strength, coordination, flexibility, creativity, and confidence — all while having a great time in the air.

$69/month + tax (3-month session; April tuition adjusted in event of winter closures)
