Instructor Spotlight: BRYNN!

Brynn is in law school at SLU and hopes to go into a corporate practice following graduation. She played volleyball in college and loved pairing that training with Pilates and yoga. She started teaching modern Pilates in 2021, and she loves seeing what the workout has done for both her clients and herself.

She enjoys going for walks, enjoying patio happy hours, and strolling through antique stores.

She teaches:
Friday mornings 5:30 & 6:30am
Saturday mornings 7:30 & 8:30am

Instructor Spotlight: KELLI!

Kelli is a physical therapist and travel enthusiast. She loves to see new places, experience new cultures, and snack on new foods. The beach is where you can find her most often, soaking up the sun and the waves. She has more hobbies than hours available in the day, but she’s currently obsessing over gardening and home DIY!

What drew her to JETSET? The method. The high-intensity, muscle endurance focus is both challenging and productive. She loves the community it has brought her—new friends and new faces who are collaboratively working toward individual fitness goals. It’s a vibe!

She teaches on
Monday - 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
Saturday - 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Instructor Spotlight: ALEXUS!

Outside of the studio, Alexus works in software application development, but she loves balancing that with movement and community at JETSET. She’s all about enjoying the little things, from craft cocktails 🍸 to soaking up the sun in the summer and shopping for matching sets.

What drew her to JETSET ✈️🤍 is the energy. There’s something special about the blue lights, the music, and the way everyone connects and pushes each other, creating such a fun and motivating environment.

A few fun facts about Alexus: she has a cat named Mini, her favorite candy is LifeSaver Gummies, and she’s always reaching for a Diet Coke Cherry or sugar free Iced Vanilla Berry Redbull.

You can catch her teaching Tuesday evenings at 5:30 and 6:30pm, and Wednesday mornings bright and early at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30am!
