Check out the new additions to our fitness centre! We recently added a new treadmill, preacher curl bench, and two new incline benches.

We want to send out a huge thank you to Affinity CU for graciously providing the centre with funding to purchase new equipment. This money, combined with money raised during the Rec Centre’s anniversary celebration, allowed us to make these additions.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support the fitness centre!

Don’t forget that at the 40th Anniversary Appreciation Night this Friday we are having a Door Prize Draw! All proceeds are going towards new equipment to the Lake Lenore Fitness Centre. Be sure to come on out and take a look at all of the door prizes.

A couple more additions to the Fitness Centre including a trap hex deadlift bar, foam roller, and yoga mat! We also added resistance bands which are very versatile in the gym! It’s never too late to get a membership, just contact Michael 306 231 7879 or Dalton 306 231 8865 if you have questions about getting a membership or anything about the facility.

There will be a new quiet time rule set for the next month or so as the day care will be renting the bowling alley temporarily. Please bring headphones or keep music down as quiet as possible. If there are any complaints due to noise, the gym speakers may be removed temporarily! Hours quiet time will be implemented will be 6 am- 6pm Monday to Friday. Thank you for your understanding!
