Who are you when you can’t do the thing? When you can’t work. When you can’t train. When you can’t care for everyone else. When your body asks for rest instead of productivity.
I think many of us struggle with this question, especially women who have spent years measuring their worth by how much they can accomplish, achieve, or give to others.
But our value was never meant to be tied to our performance.
You are not your to-do list.
You are not your productivity.
You are not your accomplishments.
And on the days when life forces you to slow down, whether through illness, injury, burnout, grief, or simply exhaustion, your worth doesn’t disappear.
You are still enough.
Not because of what you do.
Because of who you are.
I’d love to know: have you ever struggled with feeling less worthy when you couldn’t do what you normally do?
