Kickin' Fit/Lac du Bonnet Karate Fitness Classes, Personal Training, & Karate classes Kim is a second degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, which she has been studying for 32 years.

Kimberley Ogren is the certified fitness trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, specialist in strength and conditioning, specialist in group fitness, and corrective exercise specialist who runs Kickin' Fit! Kim has taught a variety of group fitness classes for over seventeen years and has been a personal trainer for 13 years. She was the fitness trainer for Karate Manitoba's elite Provincial Team

Training Program from 2009-2013. Kim has also received The Manitoba Order of Sport Excellence as an athlete and as a trainer.
