No filters. Just point and click.

2500cals per day, 250g of protein goal. Took a few months to come down to that from 3500-4000 cals bulk. Small adjustments make bigger better changes. Keep it clean..what you gain extra, you'll also have to lose anyways.

My last batch vs my most recent batches.
The loafs I made today came out PERFECT.

I learned they weren't getting proper oven rise due to my scoring technique before going into the oven. Changed that and TADA!

Starving myself due to social anxiety and trying to lose body fat at all costs...vs actually eating for my goals.
On the left:
190lbs not losing weight, weak, tired eating on average less than 1000cals a day. If it was more, it was junk food and alcohol.

On the right:
179lbs, strong af, Eating 1500-2000cals minimum (still low for what i need to grow) of real food. Not trying so hard about "perfectly clean" but rather "calories are king and macros are queen".
If I have a blow up day or two? Big juicy workout!! Feels great to be semi functional again.

Food will make or break your progress. Fact.
