Post from the studio. Your spa session, your class, your smoothie bowl…tag us. Every post is $5 credit off your next month or class pass.

If someone gets an intro pass and mentions your post, thats a $10 credit for both of you. If they get an unlimited membership and mention your post, that’s $25 off your next month and theirs.

Guidelines
1. You can post once a day
2. You must tag us
3. Your account can’t be private
4. You must attend a class the day of the post

We never want money to be the reason you can’t walk through our door. If a full membership isn’t the right fit right now, here are some pocket friendly options:
$8 Attic Flow drop in (Tues + Sun)
$50 for a 5 class pass (weekday noon classes)
$20 Reformer Express (Tues + Thursday mornings)
$15 Reformer Apprentice (with a certifying instructor)

Also, our intro passes are currently open to everyone - even if you’ve been here before! (3 mat classes for $33, 3 reformer for $70, 2 weeks ultd mat $50)

Same space. Same equipment. Same good energy. We have an option almost every day of the week!

Extremely excited for these back to back retreats this fall. Booking opens Wednesday and there are VERY limited spaces, so check out the accommodation breakdown on our site, pick a room and grab your roomies. It’s gonna sell out quickly!

Want to teach in the cutest new downtown space, complete with smoothie bowl bar and cafe, infrared heated studio, thermal spa, and on site parking?

We are accepting applications for all modalities! Do you teach mat or reformer Pilates, barre, sculpt, yoga…we are open to new to us modalities as well. Let us know what you excel at. Teaching experience required. Auditions will be held on July 6 & 7 at our new downtown location.
