It’s December, y’all! Typically the time of year when we get the “wait until January” syndrome.... Sure, now might not be the time to have big, specific fitness goals, as the holidays are busy, we are off regular schedules and routines, many of us travel—- BUT there’s no reason we can’t make it a goal to JUST KEEP MOVING. If you’ve watched any of my videos or followed me for a while, you know this is one of my mottos. In fitness and in life. No matter what, just keep moving. So how about this month we make this the goal? Enjoy the holidays and the food and the parties and the family time and the events and of course, the REST, but when we can, LET’S MOVE. It doesn’t matter how you move, just that you move. Who’s with me???
