I do it in the morning so that it's done!
Eat meat, no meat, vegan, vegetarian - so much info out there. Find what works for you, check with your doc if you're unsure, be healthy and achieve your goals.

It’s December, y’all! Typically the time of year when we get the “wait until January” syndrome.... Sure, now might not be the time to have big, specific fitness goals, as the holidays are busy, we are off regular schedules and routines, many of us travel—- BUT there’s no reason we can’t make it a goal to JUST KEEP MOVING. If you’ve watched any of my videos or followed me for a while, you know this is one of my mottos. In fitness and in life. No matter what, just keep moving. So how about this month we make this the goal? Enjoy the holidays and the food and the parties and the family time and the events and of course, the REST, but when we can, LET’S MOVE. It doesn’t matter how you move, just that you move. Who’s with me???
Let’s call it Movement December and share our progress with , just for fun!

Many different diets out there but
It all comes down to Calories in vs Calories out!
Eat healthy whole foods and get your heart beating fast. Keep your portions small and burn more than you take in. Sweat is fat crying so let's bring the rain!
