This mom and healthcare worker came to me looking to tighten up, feel stronger in her own skin and to show her daughter how to be a strong woman.
I know you’re all busy, momming, bossing up and tackling life—
So here is what we did to achieve this INCREDIBLE X-FRAME in point form:
✅ We created an easy to follow plan that fit into her schedule.
✅ We implemented 45 min strength training workouts 3-4 times per week, focusing on delts and glutes, and included regular walks, biking etc with her family.
✅ We tightened up nutrition- without having her give up anything she loved.
✅ She relied on community, using the workout partner strategy to keep on top of getting those workouts in, and she checked in and made sure that her partner did as well.
