Get moving in May with Fiesta Flow Fitness!

A celebration of self-love and community all while training our bodies through weight training, dance and yoga.

Through the combination of different musical rhythms from around the world we detoxify our mind and body though the art of dynamic meditation. At the end of every class homemade vegan snacks are served to replenish our bodies. Come join our community to recharge yourself and get rid of any of any accumulated stress.
