Meet Gurvinder!

Born and raised in Kelowna, Gurvinder brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to physiotherapy, with a focus on helping clients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love most.

After completing her degree in Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.

Her treatment style combines education, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation, all tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs.

Gurvinder is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where clients feel heard and empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her running, practicing hot yoga, playing soccer, spending time with her husky Kobe, or exploring local coffee shops around Kelowna!

We’re so excited to have her on the Neu Pandosy team!

Your postpartum recovery deserves support, guidance, and a space that truly understands what your body has been through 💛

Our new 6-week Postpartum Pilates Program at the Pandosy studio is designed to help you reconnect with your body through safe, rehab-focused movement guided by both a pelvic floor physiotherapist and a rehab-trained Pilates instructor.

Using evidence-based pelvic health principles, this small-group reformer series focuses on abdominal recovery, pelvic floor health, mobility, strength, and helping you return to daily movement and exercise with confidence.

This program is also about community, creating space for new moms to feel supported, connected, and cared for throughout their recovery journey.

Babies are welcome, and all stages postpartum are encouraged to join once cleared for exercise by their medical team.

✨ Tuesdays from 2:00–3:00 PM
