When: Monday August 31st

Time: we depart at 530pm so arrive a few minutes early

Route ala T. Clegg: Park at Trail Blazer Bridge (upper bridge leaving down on the 31a), run up river on Lettrari to Serenade,Serenade back to Lettrari, right onto South River, across Unity return North River to parking at Trailblazer bridge. Yes …. Finish with an uphill. Nice one Tim

Social run tomorrow!

Monday August 24th

Time: we depart at 530pm so arrive a few min early

Route: out and back on friendly giant - park at the prayer flags off the hwy, and we will head up the road on foot, up friendly for 30-40 minutes and turn around and descend the same way we came. We will see how far we get!

Unfortunately I must cancel run club tomorrow due to a sick child. However, if you'd like to get out there without Tim and I, I propose a strawberry ridge out and back!

Social run tomorrow!

When: Monday August 3rd

Time: we depart at 530pm so arrive a few minutes early

Meeting spot: big rock parking lot zone by the air strip just past the hanger

We will head over to Spanish moss, back round on sleepy hollow, down bjerkness connector and back on bjerkness fsr to the cars

Approx 7.5k

Social run tomorrow!

When: monday july 27th

Time: we depart at 530 so arrive a few mins early

Route a la Tim: park at true blue trailhead past the airport before the transfer station

Head over to lettarri connector to lettrari clockwise to I’ll call Rusty, right on reservoir road to lower chainsmoker. Right onto look way up to Tattle trail. Left onto connector over to Bjerkness loop. Finish with straight face back to cars.

Approx 8 k, 350m

Time: we depart at 530 so arrive a few minutes early

Route/meeting spot: meet at wardner trailhead, we will head up wardner and above to traverse over to no brakes, down no brakes by to wardner

Approx 5 k and 350m

Unfortunately run club is cancelled tonight due to a BAB (big ass blister) on my foot from the kaslo ultra - feel free to meet up and do the route posted!
