What You'll Do:
Develop and implement effective training programs and strategies
Lead and motivate players to achieve their best performance
Organize and conduct practice sessions and games
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
Represent the team during weekend league games.
Qualifications:
Previous coaching experience preferred
Strong knowledge of basketball techniques and strategies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to inspire and develop young athletes

Volunteers required for Summer basketball Camp!

We are excited to announce our annual Basketball Summer Camp, and we are reaching out to our incredible community to seek your support as a volunteer.
Our summer camp is planned to run as per below schedule.

Dates: 31 July till 11 Aug ( Excludes 07 Aug Civic Holiday)
Location 1 : Adrienne Clarkson Elementary School , Barrhaven - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Location 2 : Jack Donohue Elementary School , Kanata - 1:00 to 4:00 pm

To ensure its success, we need dedicated and passionate individuals like you to help us create a positive and enriching environment for the young athletes.
As a volunteer at our Basketball Summer Camp, you will play a crucial role in assisting coaches, organizing activities, supervising games, and providing mentorship to the campers. Your commitment to volunteer for a minimum of one week will significantly contribute to the camp's success.

We understand the value of your time and commitment, and to show our appreciation for your dedication, we are pleased to offer the following incentives:

1. Free Pizza Party: At the conclusion of the camp, all volunteers will be treated to a delightful Pizza Party, where we can come together, share stories, and celebrate the impact we made on the campers' lives.

After the successful completion of our Winter Basketball Recreational Program / March Break Camp, we are excited to invite you to join us for our Spring season! Our program is open to boys and girls of all skill levels, ages 8 -13.

Our Winter program was a great success, with dedicated coaches and enthusiastic players who worked hard to develop their basketball skills in a fun and supportive environment. Now we are ready to build on that momentum and help your child take their game to the next level!

- Weekly sessions starting on [03 April] and ending on [31 May]
- Age Groups: 8-13
- Skill-building drills & techniques in dribbling, passing, shooting, conditioning and scrimmages.
