COBRA CHICKENS NATIONALS UPDATE! 🐍🐔

Our flock has done pretty darn good on the national stage!

Every game has been relatively close - no getting blown out of the dugout for these chickens. They’ve battled, adjusted, and kept pecking away.

And yes … your commentator has been suspiciously quiet with the usual post-game reports. 😂

But Nationals is absolute chaos in the best way possible - busy gyms, quick turnarounds, livestreams, food runs, and trying to keep up with chickens running in every direction. We’ve chose to just soak it all in!

And yesterday? They finished the day with a WIN over Black Out from Saskatchewan. And honestly … it was their best game yet!

Not just because of the win.

Because they played as a TEAM.

No getting down on each other. No hanging heads. Just smiles, support, and full flock energy for three - yes, THREE - sets.

It was so good to witness. ❤️

The Cobra Chickens are back on the court this morning at 9:50 AM for the playoff round.

🚨 COBRA CHICKENS GAME DAY SCHEDULE

The flock is back at it today with games at:

🐔 7:30 PM

Now … if yesterday taught us anything, it’s that tournament schedules are more of a “suggestion” than an actual timeline. 🥴

So be prepared for possible delays, games starting late, chaos, confusion, and parents pacing the hallways clutching coffees like emotional support animals.

As always, livestreams will be available here on the page for those wanting to follow along with the madness from home.

Well … the Cobra Chickens’ first game at 4:00 PM is currently running behind by at least 30 minutes. 🥴 Apparently even Nationals can’t handle the chaos of the coop running on schedule.

We’ll keep everyone updated as things move along, but for now … the chickens remain on standby, stretching wings and waiting for release. 🪿🏐

The Cobra Chickens have officially all landed in Calgary and are ready to flap into action for Day 1 of Nationals! 🪿🏐

Today’s game times:🐔 4:00 PM🐔 6:20 PM🐔 8:40 PM

Reminder - games can start a little early depending on how the earlier matches move along, so don’t wander too far from your screens!

Every moment has led to this adventure together. We’re beyond excited to compete and make memories!

Alrighttt … the Cobra Chickens are heading into their FINAL weekend of practice before loading up the coop trucks and making the migration to Calgary for Nationals next week! 🐔🔥

The flock leaves May 20th, with games running May 21st - 23rd.

These Chickens have been resting up in the coop, conserving energy, fixing feathers, pecking away at details, and preparing for the biggest barnyard showdown of the season. 😉

All year long this flock has battled through slow starts, chaotic rallies, emotional support clucking from the sidelines, and enough volleyball drama to send their commentator directly into early retirement. But here we are. Nationals bound.

And YES - the Cluckin’ Commentator plans to TRY and livestream all matches for everyone back home wanting to follow along. 👀🎥

HOWEVER … Nationals comes with stricter coop conditions. Filming guidelines are tighter, space is limited in some facility areas, and depending where this commentator gets perched, livestreaming may not always be possible. If that happens, updates will still be posted right here on the page!

Now Chickens … as you prepare to leave the coop and take on the national barnyard stage:
