Saturday check-in: lower body + cardio crushed.

Not gonna lie, I thought about skipping today. It’s the weekend. I’m tired. But I train 5 days a week, and today’s one of those days. So I showed up. For me.

Hit lower body strength and then pushed through a sweaty cardio finisher. My legs are shaking and my heart’s full.

Strong glutes and legs improve balance, posture, and help prevent injuries Basically: train your base, protect your whole body.

If you're waiting for motivation to strike...it probably won’t. Show up anyway. Let the action create the momentum.

Leg day doesn’t have to be scary; especially when you’ve got support (literally, and from your trainer)

Training Tip: Want to hit those glutes and hamstrings harder? Place your feet a little higher on the platform and push through your heels. And remember; slow and controlled wins the race (and saves your knees)!

We laughed, we squatted, we probably made some people at the gym uncomfortable 😂 10/10 would do it again.

Want more results in less time? Focus on compound exercises; movements that work multiple muscle groups at once (THINK squats, deadlifts, push-ups, rows). These not only build strength faster but also improve coordination, burn more calories, and mimic real-life movement.

Start simple: Try 3 sets of bodyweight squats, incline push-ups, and bent-over rows with light dumbbells.
