Gooooooood Afternoon Nomads,

It was so amazing to have our Nomad family back together - Tuesday nights just weren't the same without you! It was also great to welcome several new players through our doors for the first time. 👋

For our second event in a row Rick Martin had the winning 50/50 ticket and took home $140 🤑 The club's half was donated to Tara Lea to help with travel expenses for her upcoming rookie pro season. ✈️

We started with $470 in the airmail pot which was carried over from last season, and added another $225 last night bringing the total to $695. John Ellis was the first name called and went 0/4 at $190 per bag, so John Mattinson was called up second and sunk 1 bag for $85. The remaining $610 carries over to next week.

On the courts, Larry Bone picked up where he left off last season shooting an outstanding 9.56 PPR in the round robin 💪

A Bracket:
1st - James Mccaffery & John Pilling
2nd - Rick Martin & Jordan Muise

B Bracket:
1st - Gary Secord & Dan Croft
2nd - Sharon Sabourin McGrath & Ben Cane

C Bracket:
1st - Mike Mattinson & Robert Lewis
2nd - Ryan Stockdale & Sylvia Randell

Next week's event is live on Scoreholio and there's a few spots left at the time of writing: https://share.scoreholio.com/JbWuUKcBZ6b

We're so happy to be back throwing tonight and we can't wait to welcome our beautiful Nomads back.

Our contract with the legion says that players cannot bring in outside alcohol OR outside drinks containers of any kind unless they are in a CLEAR BOTTLE, so please respect the rules and don't jeopardize our relationship with our venue. 🙏

Anybody caught bringing in alcohol will be banned from the legion and all future Nomad tournaments, regardless of the venue.
