Race Weekend Recap: Friday at OHSWEKEN SPEEDWAY we showed speed throughout the night. 2nd in our group for qualifying and won our heat race. After starting 6th in the A-Main I was in 4th coming out of corner 2. While entering corner 3 I hit a dip in the track and launched into the air, causing us to break the RF shock tower off the car when landing. I held on for the remainder of the race without a RF shock and salvaged a 10th place finish. On Sunday we made the trip to Brighton Speedway and came home with a 2nd place finish!

Had a lot of fun in the 410 last night with the All Star Circuit of Champions , aside from taking damage early in the A-Main which took us out of contention for another strong finish. Sharon Speedway was a new track for the team and we sure enjoyed it! Hot lapped 4th quick in Flight B and qualified 3rd. In the Heat we started 3rd, dropped back to 4th, then passed for 3rd at the line. In the A-Main we started 9th and I was able to advance a few spots early on until lap 4 where I unfortunately made contact with the wall misjudging the cushion. I heard the caution come out and got out of the throttle which sucked me into the wall more than I had expected, leading to a flat RR and a broken ladder. The team got the tire swapped in time to rejoin the field but we missed seeing the broken ladder. We restarted 23rd and finished 18th with an ill-handling car. Overall, it was great to have strong pace with the 410 against these guys all night before sustaining damage. The team is fired up with our progress in the 410!

On Friday in the 360 at OHSWEKEN SPEEDWAY we continued to fight the speed we are used to having early in the night. We still had a strong rebound in the A-Main going from 15th to 8th, and getting the hard charger award. The team is looking forward to Friday to get back at it!
