Just like a pearl, something beautiful emerges from a closed shell. The Pearl Cup represents stepping outside of your comfort zone, finding your inner strength, and coming out of your shell.

The four crossed hockey sticks honour the four inaugural teams that will have laid the foundation of the Halifax Mussels Inclusive Hockey League.

We have had a fabulous response to registration this year! A quick update for those still hoping to register:

LTP 1: Waitlisted! We encourage you to fill out the registration form and you will be contacted when a space becomes available.

LTP 2: Almost Full! We only have a couple spots remaining. If you’re hoping to register, please do so ASAP to secure your place.

League: Almost Full! Limited spots available with the league. To secure your spot, register ASAP.

The Halifax Mussels celebrate our 10th anniversary this year! In honour of 10 years of inclusive hockey, we’re starting a 4 team mini league aimed at Beginners/friendly-Intermediates.

What we offer:

- $450 for the season including your reversible jersey & socks ($350 without jersey)

- 4 balanced teams: the first two skates will be Team Building nights that will help coaches draft balanced teams based on experience & skill levels

- Games with officials, timekeepers and team standings (No individual stats for the first season; we want to emphasize fun and teamwork with all members of each team touching the puck every game

- PLAYOFFS! Who will win the inaugural Halifax Mussels Pearl Cup?!

- Most importantly, a safe environment for q***r and questioning players and their allies
