Super exciting news. I have secured a November seminar in St.John's Newfoundland (Canada) with a new venue.The new location for November’s seminar will be the Holiday Inn, 180 Portugal Cove Rd. I will rent it for 8 hours. 1/2 hour for set up and clean up before & after. A 3 hour training block 9:30am-12:30,, an hour lunch, then another 3 hour training block from 1:30-4:30pm. Date will be Sunday,November 15th, 2026. If you can only attend the morning, or the afternoon, and not both let me know ASAP which block you can attend and I will reserve your spot for that time.

If you are not active 5-6 x a week, WHY ? Just 10 minutes of daily suitable exercise can make a difference, 20 minutes is better, and 30 minutes would be fantastic. Supplement this with a 1 hour session 3-4 x a week and you will see a lot of positive results, and many positive results that you won't see, but some like more energy, you will feel. Give yourself about 3-6 months to acclimate to your new schedule and re-evaluate if necessary. Improve the quality of your life, fight the onset of aging like you'd fight against a psychopathic serial killer in a locked room. Combine all this movement with a nutritious diet and your mind as well as your body will literally function better. This is not rocket science. Strive to live long enough AND well enough to really enjoy your time on earth.

It's Monday ! Not too late to set your goals for the day, week and upcoming month (that's right everyone, tomorrow begins a new month already !). Take a deep breath, stretch, and then focus on what your priorities are for the designated timelines. I like to separate my goals into immediate, must do, do soon, and, 'try to do'. Long term goals are also broken down pretty much the same way. If necessary seek help / resources to accomplish what you have set out to accomplish. Modify along the way. However, don't just watch TV and expect to miraculously get sh*t done. Put in the time and right efforts and a LOT can be done. Less than 3 weeks until my St.John's seminar. Contact me ASAP if interested. Stay safe, but take the right kind of risks.

Hope your week is going well. Flights are booked to St.John's NL. Arrive Thursday Sept 17 around 12:15 (noon). Leave on Tuesday Sept 22 on a 6pm flight. Now I need to book accommodations and a seminar venue.

Day 5 of the 5 day Inosanto International Martial Arts Instructor Association's Instructor Camp begins in less than 4 hours. It has been great reconnecting with instructors from Australia, Japan, England, India, Germany, and around the US. As well, local instructors have also attended to train, teach and support the camp participants. G**o Inosanto also taught his regular classes in addition to this 5 day event. His passion for learning, sharing and helping us never stops.

Great weekend of training & observing the fantastic coaching from Sensei Erik Paulson, G**o Inosanto, Professor Jean Jaques Machado & Sifu Francis Fong. It is unbelievable how the human body can be bent, twisted, & moved in so many different ways, let alone the variety of methods that can be used to perform those manipulations.
