Janet will be offering a 3 session Intro to Fitness Kickboxing series this September on Wednesdays - dates in poster. You can sign up for one session at a time, or all three for a special rate.
This class is for complete beginners 15+. We know trying something new is hard, we offer a very welcoming experience that will be fun and adaptable to your fitness level.
