When I realized that I was unable to physically attend the community meals I was helping to coordinate, this lil Lovebug stepped up before I even got the SOS out. Meet Sarah, my Godsister and also a radical human!! This boss lady will be the one with the boots on the ground every third Tuesday handing out meals at the YMCA downtown London. I’ll still be helping coordinate the crew so holla if you’d like to get involved. Thanks Team Sarah!! ❤️🙏

Well….apparently Winter has arrived! ❄️ We’re doing small runs on a few flavours this week! 🍜 London deliveries will happen on Friday and Grand Bend to Stratford will be Thursday. This weeks menu reads something like this. 🤲 The Healer (vegan) Ginger/lime veg. 🍋 Lemon lentil (vegan) 🌴 Coconut red Curry (vegan) 🌶 Fire in the Disco ( spicy sausage, veg) 🇮🇹 Italian Wedding 🥩 Beef Barley DM us to order or find our soups in Kitchener!
