Yoga Beyond the Mat: An 8-Week Journey Through the 8 Limbs of Yoga 🌱

Yoga is so much more than the poses we practice on our mats. It’s about how we move through life, connect with ourselves and others, and find balance in our everyday experiences.

I’m excited to introduce something a little different at Seed Yoga🫶🏻

Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore the deeper teachings of yoga through movement, breathwork, meditation, conversation and reflection…discovering how we can bring these practices into everyday life.

What’s included:

-8 Sunday sessions (75–90 minutes)
-Weekly readings, teachings and reflection prompts
-Complimentary access to my online yoga class library
-A welcoming space to learn, connect and grow

Sundays at 10 AM
October 18 – December 6
$150 for the complete series

**Registration & Payment:** No payment is required when booking! Since this is a new offering, I’m collecting registrations to gauge interest. Once enough participants have signed up, the series will be confirmed and payment instructions will be sent out 🙂

No previous experience with yoga philosophy is needed. Just an open mind and a little curiosity! 🌱

The Soft Hour is back this Tuesday evening, and will likely be the last event like this of the year 🫶🏻

Wondering what to expect?

We’ll begin with a gentle hatha practice, that weaves in meditation and breathwork, then we’ll follow it up with a cozy bonfire with some light refreshments after class. You’ll have a chance to connect with your Sangha (yoga community), reflect, or just enjoy the space. All bodies and abilities welcome, as always 🫶🏻

I hope you’ll join us 🔥🍂

ISO: Studio space for Yoga Classes/Community Events

Looking for a space to use or rent in the Happy Valley–Goose Bay area to host yoga classes.

Ideally, I’m looking for an open, clean space with enough room for approximately 10–15 yoga mats.

I’m open to a recurring rental arrangement or renting the space for 1-2 weekday evenings, and Sunday mornings.

If you have a space available, or know of somewhere that may work, please send me a message with the location, availability, and rental cost. 😊
