Strut Fitness Dance Fitness Classes for Strengthening, Shaping, and Reducing Stress Movement is so good for us! And I am so happy I did!

That's why, after 18 years of instructing fitness classes in Ontario, I realized that all I really wanted to do was dance and feel confident in moving my body - no matter my current size! Like many of us, I continue to be on this journey of self-love, faith and embracing myself for all that I am worth. I moved to British Columbia in 2022 to find less stress, more mountains, and more of me! I hope you will join me on this journey!
