4 sets 7-9 reps 90 second rest
Lat machine wide grip pull down super set with incline diamond push up
3 sets 7-11 reps drop set last set
Push ups 90% to failure 90 second test
Reverse grip bent over row
4 sets 7-9 reps drop set last set 90 second rest
Single arm close grip cable row superset with rope push down
3 sets 9-13 reps with drop set on last set. 60 second rest
Straight arm pull down
5 sets 7-9 reps lighter weight 60 second rest
Dumbbell over head tricep extension
4 sets 9-13 reps lighter weight go to failure on last set 60-90 seconds rest
Cable seated row
4 sets 7-11 reps, go to failure on last two sets with a drop set. 60-90 second test
