Fitness and sports has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am proud to say that fitness and the gym has helped build the man I am today. Training back and tris? Copy and paste for a great work out.

T-bar close grip row (don’t go to failure should have a couple left in the tank)
4 sets 7-9 reps 90 second rest

Lat machine wide grip pull down super set with incline diamond push up
3 sets 7-11 reps drop set last set
Push ups 90% to failure 90 second test

Reverse grip bent over row
4 sets 7-9 reps drop set last set 90 second rest

Single arm close grip cable row superset with rope push down
3 sets 9-13 reps with drop set on last set. 60 second rest

Straight arm pull down
5 sets 7-9 reps lighter weight 60 second rest

Dumbbell over head tricep extension
4 sets 9-13 reps lighter weight go to failure on last set 60-90 seconds rest

Cable seated row
4 sets 7-11 reps, go to failure on last two sets with a drop set. 60-90 second test

Focus and determination.

Focus on your habits, your daily routines and how you can be better today.

5 minutes morning and night can truly change your day. Take 5 minutes before bed and 5 minutes when you wake up to just breath. No phone, no tv, no distractions, just you and your breath.

It’s the small habits everyday that create our future, so choose wisely.

How open minded are you to finding out exactly, how to gain energy and build sustainable results so you can feel better then you have in years!

Knee issues?

Do you have one knee that’s better than the other? I know I do, my right one has always been worse.

Has it caused you pain and issues over the years? Maybe even prevented you from certain activities.

My favourite trick over the years (and one that’s back by research) is an elevated heal. I also find not wearing shoes helps, this is at your discretion try both and see how it feels for you. Put a 10 pound weight under your heals. This activates your quads and increases range of motion at your ankles and knees while maintaining proper posture.

Want to prevent injuries, muscles imbalances and build strength at the same time?!

Well we need to stick to the basics 💪

Form and breath.

When we lift with proper form we are teaching our body and mind proper technique. Our body learns like anything else, so make sure every rep is on point.

Watch and listen for proper form and breath work.

I am all for lifting as heavy as you can as long as you can maintain proper form. So use your breath to maintain core stability and add strength to your lifts.
