Bad Decisions Comp Update
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to move the Bad Decisions Comp to November 2026.

While we were excited to bring the event to you this summer, we believe the competition deserves the biggest and most energetic atmosphere possible. Many people requested having it held at another date for whatever reason we thought maybe we should. . Moving the event to the fall will allow more athletes, spectators, and supporters to be part of what promises to be an incredible day.

By November, you’ll be fitter, stronger, and slightly more prepared to explain your bruises to concerned family members. 🤪

We want to thank everyone who has already registered and supported the event. As well the sponsors who jumped on board.
Obviously refunds are available if you prefer to wait closer to the date. Just reach out to us and we’ll get that sorted for you.

Mark your calendars and get ready—Bad Decisions Comp is coming this Novemenr 7th and it will be worth the wait.🤩

Until then, we’re excited to see you all at the Beach Bash WOD in association with our friends at La Victoire on August 1st!!!! 🏝️

📣📣📣We heard you! 📣📣📣

Many of you have reached out saying youd love to do the Bad Décisions Comp but find certain standards unattainable… maybe we got a little too excited. Leave it to us to make the first official bad décision 🤣
But No worries, We gotchu! As always this community and the people who make it remains a priority.

So! Check out the new intermediate/ RX tweaks made to the standards 💪🏻. We are confident the changes made will still challenge you all ( and remember that’s ok !!! 😉) while opening the doors to many who wished to take part as a team of 3 using one another’s strengths to crush each workout 🫶🏻

Vous avez été nombreux à nous dire que vous aimeriez participer à notre competition “Bad Décisions” mais que certains(es) standards vous semblaient hors de portée… On s’est peut-être un peu trop emballés. On peut compter sur nous pour prendre la première « mauvaise décision » officielle 🤣 haha.
Mais pas d’inquiétude, on s’occupe de tout ! Comme toujours, cette communauté et ceux qui la composent restent notre priorité.

Alors ! Découvrez les nouvelles modifications apportées aux normes pour les niveaux intermédiaire et RX 💪🏻. Nous sommes convaincus que ces changements continueront de vous mettre au défi (et n’oubliez pas que c’est normal !!! 😉) tout en ouvrant la porte à tous ceux qui souhaitaient participer en équipe de 3, en s’appuyant sur les forces de chacun pour venir à bout de chaque entraînement 🫶🏻

Aujourd’hui, on voulait prendre un moment pour mettre en lumière celle sans qui CrossFit 819 Chaos ne serait pas ce qu’il est ✨

Grâce à elle, la salle vit, évolue et devient bien plus qu’un simple lieu d’entraînement : un vrai espace de partage, de dépassement et de communauté.
