Reminder that the last session for my Tuesday group has been postponed due to graduation week! I will be messaging everyone the confirmed time, date and location tomorrow for the postponed session!

I’m excited to offer an 8-week Tuesday group for current middle school students (Grades 6–8), running from April 28 to June 16 at Cuffman Elementary.

I will be offering a 8 week, 1 hour sessions running from May 1 to June 24. Registration will go LIVE this Friday, April 24 at 8:00 AM.

Current Grade 6–7s will be in the first one-hour time slot, and current Grade 8s will be in the second one-hour time slot.

MARCH/APRIL 2026 SESSIONS ✅

These 3 groups came ready to learn and compete every week!

Through the 5 sessions here are some of the skills each of the girls got to learn and improve on:
- finishing through contact in the paint
- passing through pressure
- footwork into catching shot, dribbling into shot, reverse pivot into shot
-boxing out defensively, and how to offensively rebound off a box out
-using change of speed with ball handling

More information will be coming THIS WEEK with my next 10 week session starting end of the month!

SUMMER SESSIONS 2025

Wishing goodluck to all the athletes trying out for Fusion competitive teams this week! Be confident and show the hard work you have put in this summer!

If there is a session you will be missing please reach out to me so I can schedule a makeup session for you as we have two weeks left!!

Reminder all sessions now start an hour later due to schools opening up!

SUMMER SESSIONS 2025 - IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Heads up, everyone! Due to school starting this week, the city has adjusted gym booking times. All sessions will now start 1 hour later than originally scheduled, beginning today.

For example:
- Tuesday Grade 6 session will now start at 8 PM
- Tuesday Grade 7&8 session will now start at 9 PM

I'll be reaching out to everyone shortly to confirm you've received this update. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions or concerns!
