We are thrilled to announce that registration is now open for our 2026 CDMFA Female Try Football Combine Event! This exciting opportunity is completely free and is open to female athletes interested in football, whether you are new to the sport or looking to enhance your skills.

This year, we are proud to partner with RAW Sports, an organization renowned for its dedication to empowering athletes and fostering skill development in a supportive environment.

Who Should Attend?

Beginners: If you're new to tackle football and want to get comfortable with the contact aspect of the game, this event is perfect for you. Our coaches will guide you through the basics and ensure you build confidence in a safe setting.

FALCONS IN TRAINING!
This is your chance to experience what football is about, if you are trying to decide if you should register, here’s your chance !
When: Saturday, Feb. 21
Where: St. Andre Bassette School (SAB)
Time- 10:00-11:30 ~ U9 and U11 level
11:30-1:00 ~ U13 and U16 level
What: learn and practice the fundamentals of Football in a safe and fun environment, stations are run by Fort Falcons Coaches.
What to bring: water bottle, indoor running shoes and wear comfortable clothing.

Introducing the NEW SCMFA Wolverines U19 League!

Registration opens January 11, 2026!

We’re excited to launch our brand-new U19 program, open to athletes in Grades 9, 10, and 11 who are eager to grow, compete, and continue developing their football skills—whether they’re preparing for high school seasons or simply looking to stay active in the sport they love.

Our coaching staff is made up of amazing volunteer coaches from many local programs, bringing a wide range of experience, skills, and passion to help develop our players on and off the field.

What to Expect:

Practices start in February

2–3 practices per week (final schedule based on City of Edmonton turf and Sherwood Park high school gym availability)

Weekend games

Games will start in March

Season runs from March to late May (subject to CDMFA scheduling)

Practice days, times, and locations will be shared at registration or as soon as they’re confirmed.

This is an exciting new chapter for our club — and we can’t wait to see our next generation of Wolverines take the field.
