The National Junior A Hockey League is very pleased to announce its partnership with Pro Athlete Metrics (PAM), a world leader in the analytics area of elite athlete performance science and development. Working directly with founder Tomasz Janas, the program will offer NJHL athletes and teams a cutting edge, training and analytics based avenue to develop its players, as it continues to move its athletes to the higher levels of the sport.

Of the partnership, Janas says: " I am very pleased to move forward together and begin implementing the performance benchmarking and athlete development framework within the NJHL. I believe this partnership presents a meaningful opportunity to support the development of players across the league and to establish a strong foundation for long-term athlete performance intelligence. "

The program will be initiated for the 2026-27 season and include individual player testing, metrics, and personalized per-player programs which will increase performance in a number of skill categories.
