The beach fun has begun!! 🧘 🌊 🌞

Summer celebrations are in full swing!!

It is a NEW MONTH! 🌞🌼
Yoga at the Forest United Church is still going strong for June.

This first week we are doing open, light-hearted flow to find our sense of play and JOY!

Tuesday 9:30am
Active Blend: mobility, stretch, gentle strength to reset & refresh.

Friday 9:30am
Slow flow: calming free flowing movements paired with stillness and presence to relax the body & mind.

Okay it’s almost JUNE we are getting into the nice weather!!
That means BBQs, bachelor(ette) parties, family fun, girls weekends… 🏖️
