Today, we’re celebrating someone who is truly at the heart of our gym: Head Coach Janelle Drier! 📣✨

Janelle’s works tirelessly to help grow the sport of cheerleading in our community and to create opportunities for athletes to discover everything this incredible sport has to offer.

She’s always at the gym working alongside our athletes, helping them build new skills, gain confidence, and become the best versions of themselves. She is committed to creating an environment where athletes can learn and grow while feeling safe, supported, valued, and encouraged.

Our gym simply would not be what it is today without all the time, energy, and heart that she pours into it.

True North All-Stars is excited to introduce our U16 Half-Year Quad Groups! ⭐

With just 4–5 athletes per group, Quads offer a unique competitive cheer experience with more individualized stunting instruction, opportunities to develop more advanced skills, and a lower-cost option for athletes and families.

🏆 And yes—they’ll compete! Our Quad groups will prepare routines to take to competitions, giving athletes the excitement and experience of performing and competing together.

Athletes will also get an in-depth look at routine development and have the opportunity to explore their creativity by helping design and build their own shorter routines. It’s a chance to understand not just how to perform a stunting routine, but how all the pieces come together! 💫

We have been getting SO many questions concerning our U16 half year prep program! We figured we would do a Q &A!

1. Is the half year prep team competitive?
Yes! This is a competitive team! The half year prep framework just allows for fewer practices a week, and is geared towards programs like ours that are new with many athletes who are first being introduced to all star cheerleading.

2. My child is 11 and was born in 2015. Can she join?
Yes! As long as their birth years are 2015 - 2010, INCLUSIVELY, they can join!

3. Can I work out a payment plan!
Absolutely! Cheerleading is an investment in your child's skills, we know it can be a big expense all at one time and we offer payment plans!

4. When is the deadline to register?
Our current deadline is September 14th!

5. How do I register?
Send us a message or email and we will send you the information package along with registration form.

Please come to us with any questions and we will answer them as soon as possible!

This fall, we will be offering a condensed 12 week season for adults!

Yes you heard that right!

We will be getting uniforms, making a routine and competing at an all star cheerleading competition in the Open division! Ages 16+

This team is low commitment! Only one practice a week, from mid September until the competition in Moncton December 5th. Wrapped up just in time to not interfere with your holiday plans! No experience or skills needed! This team is for fun, we aren't worried about scores. We are building a community of women who want to have some fun, make some friends, and get stronger while doing it!

True North All Stars is officially launching our very first cheerleading team — a U16 Half-Year Prep Team! 📣✨

We are looking for athletes who are ready to learn, grow, build confidence, make new friends, and shine together. Whether you’re brand new to cheer or have experience on the mat, we want you to be part of this exciting new chapter! 🖤🥇

📣 WHO IS THIS TEAM FOR?
AGES 12–16
BIRTH YEARS 2010–2015
