Your workouts don’t always need to be faster or heavier to be effective.

Sometimes the thing your body needs most is slower, more intentional movement.

Pilates is such a great addition to your routine because it helps you build strength, stability, mobility, and control — all things that carry over into your workouts and everyday life.

It’s especially helpful if you want to feel stronger through your core, improve posture, move with better control, support your joints, balance out higher-intensity training, or build strength without added impact.

Pilates is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

You don’t have to know where to begin — that’s what this class is for.

Pregnancy & Postpartum classes this week:
Monday & Wednesday at 11:00 AM

And if you’ve been thinking about coming but feel nervous, unsure, or like you’re “not ready yet” — this is your reminder that you don’t need to be fit, experienced, or in any kind of routine to start.

These classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Think of it less like a typical fitness class and more like a supportive movement class with a rehab-based approach.

We focus on core connection, pelvic floor awareness, breathing mechanics, glute strength, mobility, safe strength-building, and confidence in your body again.

You’ll always have options. You can keep things gentle and slow, or you can add more intensity when your body is ready for it.

No pressure to keep up.
No experience needed.
Babies are always welcome.
And you’ll be supported the whole way through.

Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum or many months into motherhood — you belong here.

Our next 4-week Mat Pilates commitment starts this Tuesday — and it’s the last one for the summer!

Pilates itself is not going anywhere, but this commitment option will be taking a pause for the summer months. So if you’ve been thinking about trying it, this is a great time to jump in.

Pilates is low-impact, beginner-friendly, and suitable for all levels — but don’t let that fool you. It’s an incredible way to build strength, improve posture, support your core, increase mobility, and create better body awareness.

Class times:
Tuesdays at 6:00 AM
Thursdays at 12:10 PM

The 4-week commitment is the best value and gives you that little extra accountability to keep showing up, but our regular options are still available too:
Drop-in classes ($22)
5-class pass ($95)
10-class pass ($180)

Whether you’re brand new, getting back into movement, or looking to add something supportive alongside your regular workouts, Pilates is such a great place to start.
