As a coach for minor hockey, I wanted to provide young players with the opportunity to practice important skills during the spring season. Ice sessions are scheduled in Casselman, Embrun, and Russell, making it convenient for players in the surrounding areas.

And that’s a wrap on our Rust-Off Camp! 🏒🏒🏒
The kids got back into the groove with plenty of skating, edge work, shooting and, of course, lots of hard work and fun along the way! Hopefully everyone is feeling a little less rusty and a whole lot more ready for the season ahead!

A HUGE thank you to all of our amazing volunteer coaches and helpers who gave their time. Your energy, patience and willingness to jump in wherever needed is what makes these camps possible. We truly couldn’t do it without you!
And finally, a big high-five to all the kids for working hard, listening, battling through the tough drills and bringing great energy all through the camp👏👏👏

August Rust-Off Update!

Guess who’s back???

Sabrina is joining us again this session! ⛸️⛸️

Sabrina Granata is our skating technique specialist, bringing an incredible background that includes 10 years on the Canadian National Figure Skating Team and training with Olympic-level coaches.

She'll be helping players improve:
✅ Edge control
✅ Body positioning
✅ Skating power and efficiency

This is an exciting part of the camp, and we're excited for the kids to learn from someone with such high-level experience while having tons fun on the ice!

I'm excited to announce that we're hosting another Rust-Off Camp before the season begins!

We'll be focusing on:
💪 Conditioning
🏒 Stickhandling
⛸️ All aspects of skating-our top priority!

All sessions take place at J.R. Brisson Arena, Casselman

Huge shoutout to all the kids for showing up every night with awesome energy, big smiles, and a love for the game!
Big thanks as well to our amazing coaches for all the time and effort you put in. Couldn’t have done it without you. And of course, a shoutout to the parents for all the rides to the rink and the constant support- we appreciate you!

Big shoutout to all the kids for their hard work and great energy, and a huge thank you to the coaches for making it all happen- teamwork really does make the dream work!

🏒 Di**le Dangles Spring Clinic starts NEXT WEEK!
