The Guinness World Record for the most generations alive at one time, which is seven, which includes six generations of mothers. A photo was taken in March of 1989 in Wisconsin, USA.
Christopher John Bollig (aged 6 weeks) with his mother Lori Lee Bollig (aged 15), his grandmother Debbra Ann Wolter (aged 33), his great-grandmother Betty Ann Marie Wendlandt (aged 52), his great-great-grandmother Anna Ella Sabin (aged 70), his great-great-great-grandmother Ella Anna Augusta Bunge (aged 89), and his great-great-great-great-grandmother Augusta Wilhelmina Pagel (aged 109).
Augusta died on 18 May, 1989, aged 109. Ella died on 19 November, 1995, aged 95. Anna died on 7 June, 2003, aged 85, and Lori died on 3 March, 2022, aged 48.
